Kenna is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and has been in private practice since 2016. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame with Bachelor and Master's Degrees in Theology. After working in parish ministry and completing an internship in hospital chaplaincy, Kenna received her Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Kenna has been married to Pat since 2009 and they live in the Twin Cities of Minnesota with their 7 beautiful (and loud) children.

Pat is an experienced leader and minister, having worked in parish youth ministry for 15 years. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with Bachelor and Master degrees in Theology. And for two decades, Pat has encouraged and equipped audiences of all sizes and ages. He has spoken at numerous national faith conferences and hundreds of diocesan and parish events, and he has contributed content to ministry organizations through curriculum writing & leadership workshops. Alex is Catholic, a husband and a father of four. He is also a Counselor with the Ruah Woods Institute and has twelve years of clinical experience, working to serve the needs of individuals in various settings, including private practice, community outpatient services, intensive youth rehabilitation, hospital chaplaincy, and collegiate sport performance. Alex holds credentials as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with training supervision designation (LPCC-S) in Ohio and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Indiana.

Andy Norton

Andy is an experienced presenter, writer, podcaster, musician, and missionary leader. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology and Catechetics from Franciscan University of Steubenville and a Master's degree in Theology from the Augustine Institute. For 12 years, he worked with FOCUS, the Marriage Tribunal of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, and NET Ministries. He is a talented musician and worship leader, having led music at SEEK Conference among many other events. He produced the podcasts Mental the Podcast and Though They Die, which he also co-hosted. Andy is available to speak on such topics as prayer, Scripture, the Mass, the Catechism, worship, mission, and discipleship.

Art Bennett

Art Bennett has a B.A. in philosophy and an M.A. in counseling psychology from Santa Clara University. He has co-authored three books on temperament and 6 books altogether with Laraine and is a licensed (California and Virginia) Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 35 years of clinical experience, currently practicing at Bennett Consulting and Therapy, LLC. For ten years, he was President and CEO of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Arlington; he was co-founder and Director of the Alpha Omega Clinics in Northern Virginia and Maryland for 8 years; and Vice President on international mental health with SAIC for 15 years.

Benjamin Baker, LMFT

Ben is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, receiving his Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas in Philosophy and Catholic Studies. His clinical experience includes working with couples, families - including parenting sessions for kids/teens - and working with individual clients. He has experience in working with families in crisis, men struggling with anger and relationships, people who have experienced trauma, and emerging adults. Ben has also worked extensively in pastoral settings with young men - teenagers and young adults. Ben lives in the St. Paul, Minnesota area with his wife and two kids. His ideal day would be watching a baseball game on a summer afternoon or on a hike with his family.

Bishop James Conley

Bishop James Conley has been the bishop of the Diocese of Lincoln, Nebraska since 2012, where his episcopal motto is "cor ad cor loquitur" ("heart speaks to heart"). Bishop Conley was ordained a priest in 1985 and has served at the Vatican and as auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Denver prior to his current assignment. In 2024, he shared A Future With Hope, his pastoral letter on mental health.

Dr. Julia Sadusky

Dr. Julia Sadusky is a licensed clinical psychologist and the owner of a private practice in Littleton, CO. She is also an author, consultant, speaker, and adjunct professor. Dr. Sadusky has done extensive research and clinical work in sexual and gender development and specializes in trauma-informed care. She earned a bachelor's degree from Ave Maria University and a master's degree and doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Regent University. She has authored several books around human sexuality, with her most recent two-book series entitled, "Start Talking to Your Kids about Sex: A Practical Guide for Catholics" (Ave Maria Press, 2023) and "Talking with Your Teen about Sex: A Practical Guide for Catholics (Ave Maria Press, 2024).

Fr. Angelus Montgomery, CFR

Fr Angelus Montgomery, CFR, a Nebraska native, is a priest with the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, currently serving as the community’s Vocation Director at Joseph Friary in Harlem, New York. Along with his duties in helping young men in their discernment, he is involved with the Community’s outreach to the poor and vulnerable, and also is co-host of the Poco a Poco Podcast, produced by the CFR’s. Fr. Angelus’s heart is filled with gratitude to God for the gift of being a Franciscan priest and spiritual Father.
